• Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, free from any wear and tear, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Products that were sold as part of a clearance or sale.

Process for Returns

1. Contact Customer Service: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included with your return.
2. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the RAN is clearly marked on the package.
3. Shipping: Return the item using a trackable shipping method. Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error.
4. Inspection: Upon receipt, the item will be inspected to confirm its condition and eligibility for a refund.
5. Refund Processing: If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• In cases of defective or damaged products due to our fault, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange.
